this is the kind of place where someone walks in the door saying they're here for an interview. But they don't know with whom, what the position is, nor do they have a resume or even an application with them.

Here at Grey, Inc. we aim to please, no- win, no- survive the day.
I sat on the stairs to come in for twenty minutes this morning, because nobody was here.
As I sat there, contemplating the fact that this is my life, I thought to myself, 'self- this is a lesson in character development'.
I am now saying to myself, 'self, get another job, and quickly.'

It is sucking the cells out of my brain, through my ears.

Here's a real conversation I just had:
me: there's a guy out front who's here for his interview, his name is C**.
them: I don't know who's interviewing today.
what do I do?
send them back.
I don't want to send random strangers back here, they'll get lost, and none of us knows where they're going.
oh, good point.
okay, well the guy's out front, what should I do?
send them back.

yes, really.

Also, I completed five days' worth of backlog data entry in two hours, and now it's 10AM. Five more hours. I'm going to beat my head against a wall until my IQ matches my surroundings.
Should take a few days, but at this point, I've got nothing but time.
